File backup + sharing. One of my favorite tricks is to upload audio book files to my dropbox and then listen to them on my iphone while doing housework or simple tasks.
GOOGLE KEEP
This is where you can archive links, lists and notes for future projects, research or creating your own reference library. Share notes with others for collaboration. This is a simple app, but that is also why it is so helpful.
HelloSign
The easiest way to electronically sign legally binding documents. The contract arrives in your client’s inbox and after you and your client have both signed, it sends copies to you both. You can create a free account on Hellosign if you have a small budget and then upgrade later and it integrates seamlessly with Google Apps.
LASTPASS
You will never click “I forgot my password” again.

Simply the most practical and integrated email service on the planet.

This app has become a go-to utility not just for me but for many business owners that I work with. Zapier is an amazing drag-and-drop interface for automatically pushing data between over 500 popular apps and was built with the non-technical user in mind. The free plan can serve you for a long time.

Double entry accounting and easy reports and summaries for tax time. When I first started my business I used this free service.

Canva is a simple, drag-and-drop, design software that’s completely online and free to use. Great for creating photo collages or headers.
WEBFONT BLENDER
A little tool to checkout neat web font combinations.FONTS.COM Sync Google Fonts to your Desktop using their Skyfont service. This allows you to have greater consistency across your the many digital and print platforms that your brand exists on. Fonts.com also offers a selection of over 20,000 web fonts.

DESIGN-SEEDS
A favorite color inspiration site! This site pulls colors from gorgeous images and creates amazing color palettes.
COOLORS
Coolors easy and intuitive way to generate a beautiful 5 color palette for any project. Once you have created the perfect palette, you can export the palette as PDF, making a go-to guide to use over and over.
